How do I access my course?
Once enrolled, log in and go to your dashboard. Each active course shows a 'Continue' button that opens the course player.
How long do I have to complete a course?
OSHA 10 Construction includes 30 days of access. OSHA 30 Construction includes 60 days of access from the day of enrollment.
Do you offer refunds?
All course purchases are final once course access has been granted. A refund will not be issued after you log in, open a lesson, download materials, attempt a quiz or final, receive a Certificate of Attendance, are manually enrolled, or redeem a voucher. What is the MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance?
It is a record from MDB Safety confirming that you attended and completed the course content on our platform. It includes a serial number and a public verification link. It is separate from the official OSHA Outreach course completion card.
When will I receive my OSHA Outreach card?
OSHA Outreach cards are issued through the Authorizing Training Organization (ATO) process. MDB Safety submits the required course documentation on your behalf. OSHA Outreach Program requirements allow up to 90 calendar days from course completion. Most MDB Safety submissions are completed faster, but timing can vary and is controlled by the ATO.
Is the MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance the same as the OSHA Outreach card?
No. The MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance is separate from the official OSHA Outreach course completion card. The OSHA Outreach card is issued by the Authorizing Training Organization through their official process.
I can't log in / forgot my password.
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. If you still can't get in, contact support and include the email address you used to register.
Something is broken in the course player or quiz.
Try refreshing first. If the issue continues, email support@mdbsafetytraining.com and include the course name and lesson title where it happened.
Can I pay by company invoice or use a code?
Yes. If your employer has provided a voucher or company code, enter it on the course detail page in the 'Have a voucher or company code?' field.
