1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MDB Safety, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in training.
3. Course completion
Completion of an MDB Safety course leads to an MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance after successful completion and admin review. For OSHA Outreach courses, the official OSHA Outreach course completion card is issued separately through the Authorizing Training Organization process and is subject to their review and processing timelines, which are outside MDB Safety's control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to bypass training requirements.
5. Intellectual property
Course content is owned by MDB Safety or its trainers and is licensed for personal training use only.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Refunds
All course purchases are final once course access has been granted. See the full Refund Policy for the complete terms governing refund eligibility and how to submit a request.
