A note about OSHA Outreach cards
The MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance is separate from the official OSHA Outreach course completion card. MDB Safety submits required course documentation to the Authorizing Training Organization on your behalf. OSHA Outreach Program requirements allow up to 90 calendar days from course completion. Most submissions are completed faster, but timing can vary.
