MDB Safety Training & Compliance Refund Policy
Last updated: 6/18/2026
All course purchases are final once course access has been granted.
A refund will not be issued after any of the following occurs:
- the student logs into the course;
- the student opens or starts any lesson;
- the student downloads course materials;
- the student attempts or completes a quiz;
- the student attempts or completes a final assessment;
- the student receives a Certificate of Attendance;
- the student is manually enrolled after paying outside the app;
- a voucher, company code, or bulk enrollment code is redeemed.
MDB Safety courses are digital training products. Once course content, lessons, quizzes, downloadable resources, or certificate workflow access is made available, MDB Safety has delivered the purchased service.
If a student purchases a course by mistake and has not accessed the course, MDB Safety may review a refund request submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Approval is not automatic. MDB Safety may deny any refund request if there is evidence of course access, account sharing, voucher redemption, fraud, abuse, or administrative processing already completed.
For OSHA Outreach courses, the MDB Safety Certificate of Attendance is separate from the official OSHA Outreach course completion card. MDB Safety submits required course documentation to the Authorizing Training Organization when applicable. Official OSHA Outreach cards are issued through the Authorizing Training Organization process. OSHA Outreach Program requirements allow up to 90 calendar days from the course end date. Card processing time, ATO review time, mailing time, reporting delay, or student/employer urgency is not a basis for refund.
MDB Safety does not guarantee that any employer, contractor, union, project owner, staffing agency, or third party will accept a Certificate of Attendance, course record, proof of completion, or OSHA Outreach card for any specific job or site access requirement. A refund will not be issued because a third party refuses, delays, questions, or rejects the student's documentation.
Refunds are not issued because a student fails a quiz, fails a final assessment, does not complete the course, misses a deadline, loses access due to expiration, or does not meet completion requirements.
Students are responsible for having a working internet connection, browser, email account, and device capable of accessing the course. MDB Safety will make reasonable efforts to assist with technical issues. A refund will not be issued for technical issues caused by the student's device, browser, internet service, email provider, password loss, or failure to follow instructions.
Voucher enrollments, manual enrollments, cash payments, check payments, invoice payments, purchase orders, company bulk codes, and complimentary enrollments are non-refundable unless MDB Safety agrees in writing. Company purchases and bulk seats are considered administrative commitments once issued. Unused seats may be reassigned at MDB Safety's discretion but are not automatically refundable.
If a student, purchaser, or company files a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access, MDB Safety may suspend course access, revoke enrollment, revoke or mark certificates as invalid, suspend access to downloads, refuse future enrollment, and provide records to the payment processor showing access, completion, certificate issuance, voucher redemption, and account activity.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. MDB Safety does not guarantee immediate bank processing after a refund is issued. Processing times are controlled by the payment processor, bank, and card network.
MDB Safety may deny refunds and revoke access if there is evidence of account sharing, false student information, misuse of voucher codes, unauthorized company code use, duplicate account creation, attempted certificate fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of course completion.
This policy applies to the fullest extent allowed by law. If a law requires a different result for a specific transaction, MDB Safety will comply with that law without waiving the rest of this policy.
Refund requests must be submitted to billing@mdbsafetytraining.com and must include student full name, email used for enrollment, course name, purchase date, and reason for request.
